Reconciliation
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is celebrated during regular office hours. An appointment with one of the priests is recommended. Communal Reconciliation services are celebrated during Advent and Lent. Check the calendar for scheduled times.
Baptism
Baptisms of infants take place at the regular Sunday Masses. A Baptism Workshop is required before the baptism. Please call the office for more information.
Becoming Catholic
The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults begins in the fall. Baptism and Reception into Full Communion with the Catholic Church take place at the Easter Vigil. Please call the office or talk to one of the priests for more information.
Marriage
Please contact one of the priests if you are planning a wedding in our parish. We would need to arrange for a place for the wedding to take place.
The Marriage Preparation process is required for any marriage in the Catholic Church. The reason for this is that we take Jesus seriously when he said that divorce is not the way marriage should end. So we try to share the wisdom of our Church community so you can make a decision that you can live with for the rest of your life. Please contact one of the priests to begin this process. Allow 4 to 6 months before the wedding to complete the preparation process.
Confirmation
The Sacrament of Confirmation is celebrated in the spring at the Cathedral of St. Andrew. Confirmation for High School students is part of the Religious Education program and starts in the fall. Confirmation for adults is worked out as necessary. Please call the office by early January.
Funerals
Please contact a priest as soon as possible after the death of a loved one. We will help you make arrangements. You can also contact us at any time for more information.
Annointing of the Sick
Anointing of the Sick is available. Please contact a priest or call the main office at 616-895-2247.
